AVS to the rescue again!
Our water heater broke … leaking water all over the floor. Neal was over within two hours ~ we analyzed the situation and less than 20 hours later he had installed a brand new water heater plus expansion tank and bottom tray with drainage to sump pump - I highly recommend calling AVS for your HVAC and water heater needs ~ lovely people, too!

I own a Home Improvement Company and I have given AVS phone number to at least 30 customers of mine in Washington DC metro area since 1995. They are very satisfied and happy with their services received from AVS heating, Fireplace and cooling repair Company.

I would highly recommend this company! They were promptly on time, very professional and were able to get out all of our stains! The stains included paint, markers, nail polish, food, and much more leftover from our small children. We are very, very happy with the service!

AVS Guys came out and installed a new air conditioner/heater. The were prompt, did an excellent job, very friendly, easy to work with, and when I called them for a follow up call they came the next day and Danny Kris both were very helpful on the phone and in person. I have been using AVS since 1991. I am very happy and satisfied with the service we received every time. I have maintenance Contract also with AVS for past 7 years and they have done some work at no charge even though it was not covered by maintenance agreement. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for Hvac company.

They CHEATED US! We ordered them to fix our a/c unit and service it but not only did they left it broken but they took 1,800$ from us. I wouldn’t recommend or ever order them

We were just hours away from potentially frozen pipes. The dispatch coordinator was wonderfully helpful, polite and miraculously got our house on an incredibly overbooked schedule on Christmas Eve.
Anil was professional, thorough and despite needing a part enabled a switch that would last until the new part comes in.

I have purchased my heating and cooling units from them with excellent installation at lowest cost. They have solved problems with my heating and cooling that no other company was able to.

I used to have a service contract with another national company but when my A/C broke down just before July 4 tech who came told me the motor had burned out and would cost $950 to replace but they couldn't do it until after the holiday despite the sweltering heat (and I'm 70). I could never get a manager to even speak to me. Then I called AVS and Anil came on the holiday and fixed it for far less and only replaced the capacitator - nothing wrong with the motor. I signed a service contract on the spot and will cancel the other one. Now I can sleep comfortably!

Anil was wonderful and extremely helpful. I was very pleased with their responsiveness and their professionalism. I will use them again.

On my first call, they started the process and from the initial inspection and quote to the install for a new Heating system, the process went smoothly. On the day of install, Jose and Bob arrived on time and were very professional. They protected the our floors and working area throughout the day, provided a clear understanding of the work, and left the job site in the same way as they started (very clean!).
