I do not know what trustpilot did with this companies reviews ,a month ago they had several reviews with only 5 stars ! And so again I will be the first to start this tradition onceover ! Anyway what I wanted to say is that I never have seen a superb service as at this young company .Once you've rented here a car you know( and probably already a long time) that all the non personal big companies as Avis, Budget and the rest of the bunch where you come and have the feeling that they rather not have seen you ,unfriendly ,expensive,bad service overal what is clear if you look at the reviews and of course with all kind of harsh rules....and so I was looking for somebody who did better and have seen here on trustpilot the all five star reviews for AVS .Here at AVS you will find the opposite , we where feeling welcome. ,received a good service with a lot better conditions as at the big companies . We have rented for the second time and will rent soon again . Go on with the good work Mirela!
