I always been ordering from Avon and…
I am always been ordering from Avon and have done the great job. But for the past orders I have called them directly to ask for my order. One of the colleague from the team arranged for the standard delivery and the parcel was not delivered. I find it rude because there is no follow up for the delivery as it always shows the parcel will be delivered in the next working day as there is no attempt made. I couldn’t find any delivery driver stepping door to deliver the parcel.
Fine until Evri loss your parcel then…
Fine until Evri loss your parcel then have to wait days for a reply. Then I have to keep chasing things up. I won’t be using Avon again. I’m still waiting 10 days after parcel should have been delivered.

I would give them 0 stars if I could! Absolutely shocking service from Avon! I tried placing an order from them, but said it was unsuccessful. Noticed in my bank that they took the payment for the order TWICE but hasn’t gone through on their side. I called my bank to confirm the payment went through to them, and it did! They even gave me the confirmation numbers for both payments. Called Avon and they said the order wasn’t placed! How could that possible be??? The bank said the money definitely went through to them! They were absolutely no help whatsoever!!!! Massively disappointed with service and I’ll be warning others to not order from them!
Won't be ordering again
An item was not included with my order. When I called to report no offer of apology. Waited ages in a queue and really felt I was not important as a customer. Said I wouldn't be ordering again, really couldn't have cared less.
Avon imposes a paycut on UK Reps! Its so rude! A total disgrace and this will make by Avon business go belly-up!
Avon UK thinks its a great idea to give all Avon Reps a paycut during a cost-of-living crisis! I have been an Avon Rep for nearly 20 years and worked myself up to the highest discount grade (VIP Level). From May 2025 Avon reduced the discount we can earn on Fashion (PJs, Outfits, Sunglasses, Bras, Jewellery) and Home (Diffusers, oils etc) to 10%. This means if somebody buys a PJ for £20, we ''earn'' £2 but we already spent money on Avon Catalogues (not cheap), stationery, order fees, and the biggest expense, petrol for canvassing and delivery. If its the wrong size, we have to return and refund - and make a loss. My Avon business cannot survive like this! If you are an Avon customer, please remember to tip your Rep once in a while to help them survive. Thank you. Avon is the pits!!! I have raised this problem with managers, but Avon just does NOT care!

I have been on hold waiting to speak to an advisor 3 times 30 minutes at a time. WhatsApp chat unavailable to customers, will never order online again.
Item never arrived
I ordered some perfume from them a few weeks ago. Nothing turned up and it’s still processing. I’ve tried to contact customer service, no luck. I may have to chargeback. They are awful. You pay for something and never get it! I’ll not order from them again.

Absolutely shocking customer service..slow to despatch items... postage very expensive.. evri used as courier.. evri damaged my parcel so couldn't deliver it.. after emailing and trying to get them on WhatsApp several times l finally got someone who resent my order... again slow... 5 working days for a so called immediate despatch??? Still don't have it.. emails being ignored... original order placed start of April.. we are now halfway through May and lm still waiting. Will never shop with them again

Avon product Mineral Powder Foundation. Loved this product but always had to buy 2 different shades and mix them to get the right shade. They've got rid of the really light one and the Light shade now turns my skin orangey. Far to dark and no longer able to mix to a lighter shade as this is the lightest they are selling.

I ordered a few things online without an Avon agent. The items cost over £28. I didn’t receive them. Avon are aware of this but didn’t get a refund. Won’t be ordering from them again. Terrible way to treat people.
Everything Out Of Stock
I no longer have an Avon lady because the company continually messed her around, incorrect orders on their part and some things advertised but were constantly out of stock. In the end she had had enough. Shame because I liked the products when she could get them. Just looked online at the latest brochure and everything is “get notified” or out of stock. Ridiculous beyond words. What on earth has gone so wrong with Avon? Don’t want to address the problems or respond to negative feedback speaks volumes. It’s so disappointing, I have been a customer for a lot of years.

Ordered 5 days ago. Autofilled the address which I normally do but Avon took the (a) off my number. The parcel has now been delivered to my neighbour...I won't see it! I contacted Avon 20 minutes after ordering but they wouldn't correct the address. Said it was up to Evri. Evri said it was up to Avon. I received a laughable email from Avon!! I hope my neighbour enjoys my order! Next time I'll go to Amazon.
Avoid if you actually want your order delivered
I purchased a lot of bubble baths on the 23rd March as a gift for my mum on Mothers Day, assuming they would be delivered well in time.
It’s now Monday the 31st and still waiting for delivery of my order.
Was meant to be delivered last Friday, and then customer service said it will be delivered Monday, and alas still no delivery.
Contacting customer support is a waste of time, they will respond every other day with no information at all, just a generic message and automation.
Avoid Avon if you actually want the items you order. If it’s not delivered by tomorrow will be issuing a chargeback with my bank to get my money back.

The products are fine,but the local representative is bordering on harassment. I have placed a couple of orders previously, but because I have more important things to pay for,such as rent and bills,I asked the representative, Marie,not to post any more catalogues.She continued to post them,text me to ask if I'm placing an order then text twice to ask if I know anyone who needs a cleaner!?!. I've said I don't want to place any more orders but she won't listen. Have now complained to Avon and I got a courteous reply via WhatsApp but they basically said they can't do anything about it as it's up to the individual representative as to how they conduct themselves. It's rather infuriating as these catalogues are coming through the door every 2-3 weeks. I don't want to place an order. End of 🤯!!

My complaint is not about the product as I actually like their Glimmerstick retractable eyeliners. My gripe is the fact they charge £3.50 postage for something that weighs 22 grams and is delivered in a massive box that actually weighs more than the contents 😡
