The guide who showed us around was excellent, his name was Eddie and I give him all the 3 stars. The reason for not giving 5 stars is the place is shabby, windows dirty with hand prints that was in one of the expensive boxes, plus cake left out not covered, table was dirty. There were a lot of tables had been wiped with dirty cloths streaks all over them, boxes lying around. The place needs a revamp, new furniture and flooring. Not what I expected from a premier club, with the amount of money going in there.

Great club, great atmosphere, great ground.

I have just had a Villa Tour around the stadium with my grandson and it was really informative, the tour guide was Eddie Povey and he knew everything about anything to do with Aston Villa. there were about 14 people in the tour that I was on so it was not crowded. The tour was around 2 hours long and nearly every part of the stadium was visited and we were allowed to sit in the top seats where management and royalty sits and guess whose seat i was sat in, Prince William. I really enjoyed the tour and would recommend it to anyone who is an Aston Villa supporter or even anyone who is not. There was that much choice in the Aston Villa shop to buy, I ended up buying two tops at very reasonable prices.

Myself and my grandson attended the villa Park Stadium Tour on 23/12/25 2pm and what a great experience we had. Our guide was Debbie she was a brilliant tour guide and it lasted over 2 hours and was so informative. Well done to the Villa for providing such a great afternoon with lots of memories for both myself and an excited 10 year old.

We had a fantastic legends tour, our guide was Steve who was great, it was brilliant going on pitchside and through the tunnel, it was for my dads 70th and he absolutely loved it, highly recommended for the price.

Arrived to a warm welcome from our guide Diane, who informed us some other people hadn't Arrived yet, but as soon as they arrived we'd be underway. Once everyone Arrived we were told the various places we'd be visiting and that there would be loads of photo opportunities. Diane was very knowledgeable and also had a few stories to tell throughout the tour. Everything flowed smoothly. Even though the tour started slightly late, we were never rushed and got lots of good photos of our visit. Would highly recommend, even for people who are not villa fans ( celtic fan down for the week).

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful Villa Park Stadium tour I enjoyed today with my son, as part of my 91st birthday celebrations.
We were fortunate to be guided by Keith, who at 84 years young has dedicated over 30 years to Aston Villa. His vast knowledge, enthusiasm, and passion for the club shone through every step of the tour. Keith’s professionalism, warmth, and genuine love for Villa created an unforgettable experience for everyone in our group.
On a personal note, I was delighted to discover that Keith and I attended the same school 75 years ago and lived as young boys in the same street adjacent to each other , which made the day even more special as we reminisced together.
Keith is truly a fountain of Villa knowledge and a remarkable ambassador for the club. Please pass on my heartfelt thanks to him for making this a memorable and joyous occasion.

Took my 10yo son on the ‘School Holiday Mini Tour’ today and it was great. We saw all the main areas of the stadium, it was definitely worth the money, it lasted around an hour and Carol (our tour guide) was great, she was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer any questions and gave plenty of time to take photos!

We went on the Aston Villa Stadium Tour today with our wonderful guide Steve. It totally exceeded our expectations, and was a fascinating insight into the history and current state of the club. It was a great experience and grandparents and grandchildren had a wonderful morning.

Daughter paid for the Villa Park tour for me and her as a gift. A great experience and time had by both of us. Was lovely to see behind the scenes of Villa Park. Guide was very knowledgable and made the tour enjoyable. Would recommend this tour even if you’re not a Villa fan.
Great price as well for a 2 hour tour.

crushed and crowded around the Holte End entrance. Villa PLC would rather squeeze an extra few pounds out of its "punters" rather than have a clean and unhindered entrance into the stadium.
Funny how all other entrances are well maintained and managed however Villas most loyal and returning fans have to skirt around overflowing ashtrays half empty plastic pint pots and crushed lines full of people having their last smokes and vaps before entering the ground.
My 2 teenagers non smokers get to join in with this "last smoke" every time" we come.
Totally ruins the experience for me.
