Working with Avery to sell my property was an easy process. Daren and max worked well and got my property sold in less than a week. Went above and beyond to ensure my paperwork got to my solicitors safely.

I have transferred from another letting agent to Averys and they managed the letting. I then sold a property and Daren and his team have been amazing. The letting and selling department sit in the same office and they can coordinate/communicate efficacity together. When I have telephoned, and Daren has not been unavailable, and I needed to leave a message he has always rang back immediately. Daren has been able to explain when I have needed, and he was able to accommodate the needs of the buyers for me by reassuring and assisting the sale forwards.
I cannot recommend Daren and Averys agent enough for both managing rentals to selling. Thanks, and it is a pleasure to work with you.

Very pleased with my experience purchasing a property through Averys. Max is an absolute asset to them. There were a few issues but eventually all overcome. The welcome to my new home pack was a really nice surprise

They kept me up-to-date with progress and I was happy to leave the whole process in their hands as the property was vacant and I do not live locally.
