Absolutely really bad quality. do not buy from this site. This is not a small family firm it's rubbish china products. Please read the reviews before buying I wish I had. Looks like I'm £80 out of pocket as they seem to be doing everything rather than give refund. May have to go down the road of charge back from my bank. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Would have given no stars but no option to do it. If anyone has got a refund from this company please let me know how you managed it.

Bought a pair of boots. I cannot get hold of anyone to return them. I am trying to raise a resolution through PayPal.

This company is a Scam, they are not based in Manchester, they are false advertising, and there products are complete tat, I ordered a pair of boots and quite frankly they needed to go straight in the bin, they don't answer emails, so if you have bought anything contact your Bank and get a recharge, this company should be shut down by trading standards , and Facebook are a disgrace for allowing them to advertise on there

Absolutely disgusted. This jacket has taken about 6 weeks to arrive, it’s not like the image, the material is cheap & nasty.
I cannot seem to find a returns form, website is not available. Emails keep bouncing back.
I have left a message via their contact page but guess what…..no reply!!!!!!!
DO NOT BUY!
I am going to raise this issue with my bank, companies house, small claims court and trading standards.
Also going to report this to facebook.

Like every other review this company operates a scam masquerading behind a website which suggest it is UK based Manchester company. Goods ordered were cheap and nasty and 3 sizes too small. Contact via email (suspect AI bot) frustrating. First I was offered a new pair of boots in the correct size but I would have to pay for postage! Secondly when I declined this have been advised I can return goods at my own expense to China yet curiously the returns address is a warehouse in London? Still in dispute but if no response will ask credit card company to help Avoid this company at all costs

I don't think the company are worth ordering from. I certainly wouldn't again.

Product shipped from China, misleading marketing. Billed as Manchester company, family run, small business. Nothing about returning items to China will be easy. Poor quality finish to garments, misleading website that now seems to be down and customer service e mails that don't seem to be active any longer

The package took ages to arrive, no tracking details, no contact details. The item I ordered was nothing like on the picture - awful material, cheap and nasty. Clearly not a shop in Manchester as it leads you to believe. Absolute scam - do not buy from these!!!!

If I could give a minus star I would. Company appears to be a complete scam; photos of the garments show great quality items but in reality, the goods, when they eventually arrive, are extremely poor quality and nothing like those advertised. Tried to email customer service as stated on the order but keeps bouncing back as undeliverable plus website now seems to have disappeared. Absolutely furious- don’t order from them ever.

Sizing was completely wrong. Large was more like an small. Tried to return but website down and email address bounced back as failure. Do not order from this company .

I ordered two knitted waistcoats which looked lovely online - they took an age to arrive and were too small - requested to send them back - was offered a larger replacement and keep the smaller ones - said I wanted a refund - they went very quiet - I persisted in requesting a return label - they responded the return was at my own expense and own risk - to China! Was let to believe they were UK based - NEVER EVER USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE CROOKS!!

STOP! Do NOT order from this company! They are not a family run company based in Manchester that they advertise as being. They are based in China. Orders take ages to arrive, if at all. The quality of many of the items are substandard compared to the photographs. The returns process is nothing short of a scam. They question you extensively about why you want to return items, offer you part refunds to keep the items (no idea if they ever would pay), then eventually and you an address in China to post returns to. You have to pay the postage, and they tell you, they may never even arrive! I wonder if the address is even valid? In short, please don’t waste your money.

Do NOT buy anything from Avery and Rose, the most awful quality garments, (not what is shown in the picture), then impossible to return to China.

Ordered a jacket that looked ok...quality was awful...worse than you can imagine. On trying to return via email off website or return email with delivery address....all avenues are blocked from the device ordered on. Hopefully able to claim thru credit card company

Why didn't I read the reviews the goods bear no resemblance to those advertised and were too small !. - most reviewers wanted to give a zero. Little hope of a refund but will try to get 'clawback' from credit card as an obvious scam.
