Absolutely fantastic service from the team at Avenue Estates! We have moved twice in the last 3 years and each time we listed our renovated properties for sale with Avenue. We feel that Savas, Martin and Ryan's level of communication, transparency and trustworthiness is second to none. We are again in the process of renovating our home and have no doubt in our minds who we will be listing with, once we have completed renovation number three.

Avenue estates were absolutely spot on through my whole rental process, dealing with a true gentleman named Martin Brooks made my life 10x easier!

Being a first time buyer I had no idea about the process of buying a home or how to deal with agents. I felt like I was able to approach Martin who never made me feel stupid when I didn’t understand things.
I think this company may be owned by two guys. Personally I quite like the idea of supporting a smaller agent and likewise local businesses.

I bought some rental property in 2015 to add to my existing portfolio. For ease I took the property on with existing tenants and it was managed by Avenue Estates and their team.
Five years on they manage all my portfolio in Bournemouth.

There are many estate agents around but finding the right one can be somewhat a challenge. When recently selling my property through Avenue Estates, Martin handled the whole process end to end excellently. Especially the focus and review on solicitors conveyancing period before exchange of contracts, which can usually lead to a black hole of news and indeed nervousness.
