DON’T DO IT. Don’t buy from them!
The assembly of these products is insanely complicated first of all. So if you’re considering buying from them, hire a master carpenter and make sure you have HOURS to but it together, even with an expert. Search YouTube for videos of how to put the exact item you’re considering to see what I mean.
The boxes are very heavy so beware of that but if they were a good company I’d be fine with that.
Know that if you need to reach customer service for any problem you may have, it’s very difficult to get in touch with them. If you email them they MIGHT get back to you in a few weeks. I contacted them to return a product BEFORE the deadline to return. When they responded with “ Hello,
May I know the reason for the return? Is there something wrong with what you have ordered? Also, please let us know if the box has been opened and if the set has been assembled. We'd like to further assist you.” I answered within 3 hours, I followed up multiple times asking for a return label, only to get this response:
“Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We understand the importance of ensuring your son's safety and the stress that assembling these products might cause. Unfortunately, it shows that the window for return has already expired and it is too late to accept a return. I am sorry about that. You could possibly re-sell it, gift it, or donate it if you decide you do not want it anymore. Or you could acquire some help to assemble it, and you may find it suits your specifics needs. Please let us know if you need any other assistance.
We apologize for any inconvenience and are committed to making this process as smooth as possible for you. Please let us know if you need any further assistance or if there are any other concerns we can help address.”
JAW DROP. They delayed communication so that they wouldn’t have to send the return label and issue a refund which is not good customer service at all. IF I don’t want it?! I asked for a refund because I didn’t want it! But I could not believe they would suggest “maybe you could resell or donate it.” I spent almost $1k buying what I thought would be great products for my kids and I was ready to sing their praises but because of of their way of doing business and how they treated me, I’m letting everyone possible know how terrible of a company I think they are. All of the products I ordered are still in boxes because I’m so angry with Avenlur I can’t even look at the products without wanting to smash them.
Save yourself money, stress and anger management classes and avoid this company at all costs!

Hammock swing rope arrived damaged
Hammock swing rope arrived damaged. Reported damage and got an AI response that my message was received but that’s it. Also there is no way to attach the hammock to the swing set and no instruction with product or online. Avenlur made good on the swing. I only wanted a new rope and they sent me a new swing.

Problems from day 1; awful everything
Problems from day 1. Packaging was awful and pieces were all over. Most weren’t even labeled so putting it together was even more difficult than it normally would be. Some of the wood pieces were splitting. The hardware wasn’t even correct as the Allen wrenches didn’t fit the bolts (yet they claim this never happened before, sent me replacements, and it was the same exact problem). Lastly, the item is now assembled and almost all the wood is cracking. AVOID.
Customer service is a nightmare with damaged parts
Still waiting a few days short of a month for the replacement box after receiving almost a completely damaged play set. Not receiving hardly any kind of answers from avenlur for any kind of time frame of when the replacement parts will even be shipped. I was originally told the replacement parts would be sent right away by wood wood toys but avenlur seems to have different plans for a shipping time frame. Im still fighting for answers a month later from both wood wood toys and avenlur. Absolutely terrible shipping and terrible customer service. They shipped the box with nothing separated inside, and hardly any padding. Had a small half inch styrofoam border around the box and everything inside was left to smack into each other. The box itself had several huge holes all the way to the inside and was severely damaged upon receiving. I did take pictures and sent them to wood wood toys thinking they would be able to better resolve the issue with avenlur from my doorbell footage upon receiving. The slide was broken and almost every other piece had at least one big crack or literally deep gashes out of the wood making it a safety issue. Wood wood toys originally said they have never had shipping problems before yet as I look at reviews Im seeing I wasnt the only one. It was a nightmare going back and forth with wood wood toys as the middle man when avenlur wouldnt even call or email back even though it shouldnt have been up to me to handle the avenlur situation from the beginning since the play set was ordered through wood wood toys. Ordered the play set first week of November (2nd) and still no word on anything. Last week I finally received a call from avenlur offering me $80 for a $1100.40 play set that was almost completely damaged obviously I declined and said I’ll either have the parts replaced or have a full refund. After all the slide alone is more than $80 so what a slap in the face. I was told they would finally almost a month later of no word of anything finally be shipping the replacement parts only to wait another three weeks with no replies to emails. Update: second week of december she said she would ship it and again did not ship it. I don't know if they're trying to have it forgotten about or if they just don't care this is a Christmas present but they definitely don't seem to care at all. Save yourself the headache and build the play-set of your dreams yourself, the way you want or order elsewhere. Avenlur doesnt reply to emails or calls so its jumping through hoops trying to get an answer.
Update: The 10th of december I said get the replacement parts shipped or I’ll be sending this damaged box back. The owner of avenlur finally got involved instead of customer service and got the replacement box shipped middle of the second week of DECEMBER leaving everything so last minute to the point there was no room for error at that point. They promised it would be shipped to me directly and there would be no problems only for there to be problems with shipping yet again. It is now days until christmas with no play set. I have asked for my shipping label from wood wood toys and they refuse to send the shipping label to return the damaged box for a full refund. Avoid these companies, they are so unprofessional its insane. Wood wood toys website says they will send the shipping label for returns on any damaged items within 45 days of receiving yet I havent received anything. Now I have no christmas present for my daughter when I bought this play set the 2nd of November, now Im left to buy something else last minute because avenlur and wood wood toys dropped the ball and refuse to make things right by sending the shipping label for a return of their completely damaged play set they sent originally.
