Great Follow-Up Service
I’ve unfortunately encountered a few issues with my order, but these things can happen. What truly matters is how a company handles them, and Avalon exceeded my expectations.

Oliver, the co-owner, personally reached out to me via email and followed up with a phone call to resolve the problem. This personal touch, especially during such a busy time of year, was much appreciated, and I was very happy with the outcome.

The products I received are lovely, high-quality, and the perfect finishing touch for my table. I would definitely recommend Avalon and will use them again.

Great service. Beautiful items that were delivered quickly and packaged really nicely and securely. Would definitely use again!

The product arrived quite a while after I ordered it, in a brown envelope with no delivery note or wrapping. The contents had moved around inside and been a bit bashed (napkins with a cardboard holder around them) so not suitable now to give as a gift. No updates sent as to when the product would arrive. Not hugely impressed!

Really lovely items, however, very poorly packaged. For such nice items they could've been wrapped in tissue instead of just put inside a thin paper bag which arrived damaged.

Napkins are really nice and reasonably priced.

Good quality, table linens.
Packaging left a little to be desired though.

Delighted oak leaf napkins back in stock. Lovely with autumnal leaves and flowers and with the table runner.

Lovely Tablecloth..and received it fast. Thanks!

I wanted an extra large table over and they went over and above to have it made to measure
Brilliant !!!!

Fast delivery, beautiful napkins, excellent quality

I came to Samantha with a vague idea for a product a couple of weeks before my event, she ran with the idea, turned around a great design and delivered the product a few days ahead of the event. Thank you so much

Quick delivery, easy ordering, quality products!

An excellent and unusual item.
Good transaction. Speedy delivery.

Attractive festive cushion cover, lovely quality

Great quality, very pleased

I purchased some quirkily embroidered napkins. The napkins were a very nice quality as was the embroidery. They are very unique and I look forward to using them.

Beautiful quality product with great service and fast delivery!

Very happy with both the service and the product.
