Would never order from them again.
I ordered a Collinite wax 845, they sent me Collinite Speed Wax 845 which is a completely different product. However, they removed the spray gun from the speed wax bottle and put an ordinary cap seal on it, trying to pass it off as the one I ordered. Complete fools. I contacted them by email and phone, no response to either, but they quickly put "Out of stock" on the one I had originally ordered. So my thinking is that they never had it in stock when I ordered it, and obviously changed the top of the bottle that they had in stock to try pass it off. They are both from Collinite but different products.
Luckily I had paid through PayPal because the company were not engaging with me at all. PayPal refunded my cost immediately which would suggest that I was not the first person to request a refund from this company. It costs nothing to be honest and not try to treat customers as complete fools. Wrong product (intentional) and no communication from them to try and rectify the situation.

Bought and everything was damaged , and no any answer from them

Ordered 8 days ago, received confirmation by email the same day. Since then, nothing. No information on when my order will be processed and shipped. No response to emails.

Update: it finally arrived now. Pls guys better communication next time. All fine now.

Top Notch company!. I've purchased a few times from these guys and love their range and products. shipping is fast and most importantly the after sales was second to none. I needed a little after sales from Autopia and Gerry was super fast - rang me almost as soon as i had dropped an email and sorted me out by the next day! I could not be happier and can highly recommend them for product range and aftersales - PS i love the Gyeon rand at the moment.

Not too happy with after sale communication. Got polishing machine, unfortunately advert pics and description was misleading - showing and describing newer model. Contacted autopia sales dept who acknowledged the issue, changed it on their website and offered return option, great I thought. Never heard back from them again though. Sent another few email and patiently waited few weeks. Not a word back. Also tried main contact email…no joy. Too bad.

Recently received some products from autopia couldn't be happier with the products and services my car has ben transformed have to say will definitely shop there again🙂
