AWFUL SCAM. They do not do auto refinance loans.
THEY TRY TO UPSELL YOU WARRANTIES, EVEN IF YOU ALREADY HAVE FACTORY WARRANTIES.
If you dont buy their weird BS warranties, they tell you they cant give you the terms they PROMISED.

Do not contact AUTOPAY, and if you do, DO NOT SPEAK TO JJ BURNS, KASH OR RUBEN.

Im a stranger, but you really need to trust me on this.

I had an excellent experience with AutoPay, and I especially want to recognize Kash for his outstanding service. He was amazing, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire refinancing process. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and whenever I had questions, I had no problems getting in touch with him.
Kash kept me informed every step of the way, and everything was completed in a timely manner. AutoPay was able to refinance my car at a lower interest rate, which helped me save money, and they also assisted me in adding GAP insurance and an extended warranty for additional peace of mind.

I was told not to make my original car payment because they were in the middle of trying to pay my loan off to refinance but if I wouldn't paid my car payment it would have been late. So he told me go ahead and pay it if I have to and they'll refund it to me. Well I still not been refunded the $800+ from my original loan payment.
