Hassan iv tried to reach back out to you multiple times. You did refund the money then you did a charge back and ran off with the 4500 dollars. You asked to have 400 back out of it and I said no because you said it was coaching but you did nothing to help my brand get any traction on it. I want my 4k back keep the 400 dollars you asked for. But I trusted you and gave you ever opportunity to get the show on the road and you even lost your main manger because you wouldnt pay him. So im asking you please give the money back my number is 931-308-1331 if not where I find your name or you company I will personally see to it I pull back the curtains and let the world see.

They are scammers! The owner of this company is just a salesman that is lying to you to get your money. I talked with someone there and gave it a shot to have this done for me. At first, it looked like this may actually work. I had some initial coaching calls as I waited for them to create my new channel and make the videos. But then things started to get weird after a few weeks. My main contact stopped talking to me on slack so I reached out to the owner and he said he would get someone else, which he did. I then started up my calls again. After a few more weeks I got a message from my main "coach" and he straight up said to get my money back bc he was seeing that everyone he was managing and helping out didn't have any videos done and it looked like no one was getting anything. He also left. Thank god he did. I also had other members who reached out to me saying they didn't get anything at all and had been waiting for 3, 4+ months and got nothing. I had to get with my credit card company to do a chargeback so I didn't have to pay for it. Sucked but this guy just straight scammed people lol. What a scum bag and I hope all his socials get banned. He acted on instagram like life was so hard and he finally made it with his team. But the reality is he just scammed people and never gave them what they paid for. That's not business man. I'm glad I paid with my credit card. Did that on purpose so I could get my money back just in case. Writing this so no one else deals with them. Everyone got scammed big time. Sucks and I hope they also got their money back from their cc companies. But those that gave him cash or something other than a cc are screwed, unfortunately.

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. Automation News has been by far the worst investment and worst business experience I have ever had.

I joined in August 2025 and paid approximately $2,800 based on the promises that were made about coaching, support, content creation, and growing a YouTube channel. Nearly a year later, I feel completely misled and ignored.

From the moment I joined, communication was terrible. Weeks would go by without responses. Messages would be left unanswered. Every time I managed to get a response, I would be given another promise, another excuse, or another timeline that was never met.

The coaching itself was nowhere near worth the price I paid. I spent $2,800 expecting a premium service and instead received very little value. Most of the information provided was basic, and the actual support was inconsistent at best.

The most unbelievable part is that it took around five months just to get my first video produced. Five months. After waiting all that time, the video completely failed and received only 19 views. After that, I was told a second video would be made and improvements would be implemented. That never happened.

For months, I waited for updates, waited for delivery, and waited for promises to be fulfilled. Nothing happened. Group chats would sit inactive. Messages would go unanswered. Deadlines would come and go. The same cycle repeated over and over again.

As it became obvious that the service I paid for was not being delivered, I repeatedly requested a refund. My requests were ignored, delayed, or pushed aside. Now it is June 2026, almost a full year after joining, and I still do not have my money back.

What makes this even more frustrating is that after all this waiting, I was eventually told I could file a chargeback. By that point, the chargeback window had already passed because so much time had gone by. After keeping me waiting for months, I was essentially left with no practical way to recover my money.

I paid $2,800 and received almost nothing of what was promised. Nearly a year later, I am still chasing responses and still asking for my money back.

If you're considering joining Automation News, my advice is simple: stay away. Do not let the sales pitch convince you. Look carefully at what is actually being delivered, how long clients are waiting, and how communication is handled. I wish I had done more research before spending $2,800.

I want my $2,800 refunded. This experience has been unacceptable from start to finish.

I got into Automation Muse’s program a few weeks ago, and here’s my honest assessment:

1. They’re really good at what they do, which is making the best youtube videos possible, their quality is phenomenal, with every video they made for me being almost documentary-like

2. Their coaching support is great, ive learned more about youtube in these three weeks than i ever could alone

3. The only con i could think of is the time it takes for your channel to get monetized, which is a bummer but you can blame YouTube’s algorithm for that. Took my channel around 2 weeks and 2 uploads to get there

Conclusion: Go for it if you’re serious about building a long term source of income, if you’re looking for a quick roi, this is not for you

I paid for 9 videos and only received two also they keep trying to upsell me but never deliver results

Automation Muse has been a great help with figuring out Youtube Automation and setting up my channel. The coaches are very friendly and responsive and assisted me throughout the process. It took a little longer than i was expecting to get to the initial guarantee offered but safe to say it was worth it. would do it over again

How can a business no-show in its own client sales call? I blocked out time to show up to the meeting after booking a call and received a confirmation email, but never heard back on their end. Sorry, you lost my business!

Absolute scammers. Had a call booked with the "coach" for a specific timeslot, only for him to not show up. Asked the phone setter about this, and he said the coach(closer) was "completely booked". Sure. Why'd I get an email confirmation booking me for that time? When I called out the appointment setter on this, he just proceeded to make fun of me. 0/10 do not recommend and take your money and time to another program.
