At first I was cautious about dealing with overseas company. But then they continued communicating and answered all my concerns. The part arrived well package and in good condition just as they stated. Since then I have ordered other parts and the same open and informed conversations have continued.

Satisfied outcome
The company contacted me and told me they hadn't know about a problem I had with a part I bought because trustpilot brought it to there attention with the bad review on how I could not contact them with the phone number they gave . Now they were keen to refund me and told me to keep the part . It's up to them to be contactable. I am satisfied with outcome and wish to change my review

So funktioniert Trustpilot
