Purchased generator but storm has now gone so still in box. Ordered on a Monday and arrived on Wed morning in N. Ireland. Never purchased any goods in the past as I only was informed that they existed. Now that I know they exist I have provided their name to friends so that we can all use their service in the future.

Missing parts; missed deadlines
Ordered an oil extractor. Came on time but didn’t contain all of the parts. Spoke to them and they promised a quick turnaround ‘before the weekend’. Nothing arrived.

I'd recommend Autojack tools
I'd recommend Autojack tools. Their products and service are amazing. The Fusion 200DP is an incredible welder. Pulse and the stick modes are first class. Starts a 7018 without even thinking about it ! I've owned welders that cost thousands of pounds and this is my go to welder now!
