This was my first acquisition on AutoHunter. It was a simple process with no issues thru out. The car's pictures were accurate and plentiful, the description of the car was equally clear. The seller was responsive and our communication post-sale were exactly as one would hope when dealing with a seller 2500 miles away. I'll buy again on AutoHunter when I see something I want.

Didn't even know this site existed until a rep contacted me from my add on their sister company cars.com. The process was easy and communication was good. My listing sold for the reserve amount and I would use this site again in the future.

The auction part was fine. I have two issues with your follow up customer care. First, Your suggestions for transportation companies needs much better vetting. American needs to be dropped for extremely poor customer service, and the others aren’t much better. Second, when a paying customer, me, emails your staff, as in Mark G, a response of some kind might be considered good professional policy. I was considering listing a car for auction with your company but my experience with your poor customer service and choice of transportation vendors tells me to look elsewhere.

My experience with Auto Hunter was fantastic in every way. Not only was the process from the start thorough and smooth, my car actually sold! I had tried several different websites and services to sell it, with no luck at all, but Auto Hunter got the job done. Mark started by guiding me through the process. He emphasized the need for a lot of good quality pictures and provided me with a great guide on how to photograph the car properly. He then created a very impressive ad for the car and had me approve it. I have absolutely no doubt that it is because of their process and attention to detail that my car sold - and for a price I was very happy with! And to add icing on the cake, Mark got back to me every single time I needed him, in a very timely manner. I'd never consider selling a vehicle anywhere else again.

Professional...

I purchased a 2002 Porsche 911 on AutoHunter. From the bidding process, to the day that the seller delivered the car, this was a positive experience. The folks at AutoHunter held my hand once I was the winning bidder. Helpful, honest, and pretty much a positive experience from start to finish. I am thrilled with the car and have now pretty much satisfied the only item on my Bucket List.
