Running an online product business is challenging. And Autofulfil has been the LEAST challenging part about my business. I’m still in the growth phase and have said out loud many times already “I can’t believe how seamless they make the fulfilment process”. Once you’re set up, (which takes a bit of doing) everything is completely automated to the point you could ignore it and it’s working without a glitch – that has been my genuine experience 1 month in. Long may it continue! Also it feels like a personalised service whereby the team actually care and listen - best of both worlds. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Autofulfil is a warehousing partner of Voga and Voga receives terrible reviews on this site for all aspects of their service. It seems to me that Autofulfil is caught up in Voga's terrible treatment of customers. Autofulfil recommended a number of carriers to transport my Voga order. None would accept it because of the odd dimensions. I communicated to Autofulfil that I would make the 400KM round trip and collect my Voga order myself. When I tried to arrange that collection subsequently, Autofulfil told me my order was no longer in their warehouse and to contact Voga. They have stopped responding so I haven't been able to establish whether they made Voga aware that I would be collecting my order or where my order went? Check out the Voga reviews. Autofulfil features and not in a good way.
