Very easy to book online. A little hard to understand all the different insurance choices- but my credit card company helped me to navigate your site to choose the best option to ensure that I was fully insured between their coverage and yours.

Have used autoeurope for 20 years. always good rates and hassle free car rental brokerage.

I booked for one day rental. I called to modify reservation to another day due to severe snow storm and the proceeded to not find a possibility for over 4 months for another 1 day booking even though booking was with hertz and then told me only options was to book for four days. I had to pay $100 to cancel or $300 to rebook a $85 reservation. This is completely inappropriate policies.

Ease of on-line booking. I have used you folks for approximately 20+ years and the Service is the Very Best. I have had occasion to telephone for changes etc., and your people on the phone are similarly helpful
