Worst car rental service
Worst car rental service, they have no authority over the car booking. It’s in tie up with Hertz and Hertz refuses to accept any terms and conditions provided by Aut europe. We were double charged for the same rental by Hertz that was already paid to Autoeurope. And they said they would take 15 days to get back on the issue. The payments get deducted instantly but resolving issue takes a minimum of 15days.
