Starting our 4th year of membership and can't comment on the breakdown service as we still haven't used it.
Renewal process is simple but the fact that you have sent the same renewal email 7 times is seriously irritating and a little bit insulting. After the 4th message I emailed you asking for it to stop but no reply and 3 more copies of the message were sent before I renewed.

Reliable service since 2020. The premium hasn't increased massively and I've renewed every year - a very simple process. On the few occasions I've called them out, there has been no quibbling, they've arrived promptly (and cheerfully!) to resolve the issue. Would recommend.

Have been with Autoaid for a few years now. I look at others coming up to renewal but auto aid offers the best cover at a good price. Thankfully have never had to call them for a breakdown but nice to know they are there if needed
