Thanks for the feedback.
We can see that you left the same review on two separate platforms.
As stated throughout the website and the application form, 70% of nationally coordinated criminal history checks are returned within 24 hours. Approximately 30% of checks will automatically get referred to one or more police agencies (due to a potential match) and can take 15 days or longer.
Australian National Character Check (or any other provider) has no control over the process once an application has been forwarded to police agencies. Our system automatically dispatches results on the same day they are received.

The only complaint is that after the payment has been done but before submitting it is not possible to go back to correct any input.
Other than that, the form is pretty easy to follow.

Good customer service
The process was easy to follow and you can also have the choice to upload all the documentation needed, in case the photos taken are too blurry.
The check was sent to the email and everything took less than 24 hours since I received the first email.

User friendly
User friendly, Easy to follow instructions. Until I got to taking photos of documents, because of my disability taking a none blurry photo is difficult. The website couldn't handle it. I had to pay and start again, which i dont mind and I had to get a neighbour to take my photos of documents, which made things much easier and my results only took 2 days to get back to me.

Worst experience ever
I applied for this in August, paid the money and then I got a list of demands for further documentation. I have never had so many issues in the past, have asked for a refund as it has become ridiculous the hoops I am having to go through just to get my check. Have informed my employers as this is the preferred method.
