From start to finish my house sale through Austin's was a great experience. Friendly and professional staff who made me feel valued as a customer from their initial visit and valuation right through to completion. A sensible valuation and good marketing led to a quick offer and the back office team kept on top of a somewhat slow solicitor! Great communications throughout from the office team. I highly recommend them.

I can not rate this company highly enough. After being let down by our previous estate agents, Austin's took on the sale of my fathers bungalow. Within two weeks we had as many viewings on the property as we had in 5 months with the previous agent. Not only that but Sean Austin kept in touch every three or four days to keep me abreast of how things were progressing.
Within 5 weeks of them taking on the property we had three offers on the property. I was very impressed with the way that Austin's carried out the sale of dads bungalow. s I said at the beginning I can not recommend them highly enough, great service. Thanks

Simon and the team at Austin’s helped us to sell our house, they were friendly and professional and helpful despite setbacks at various points (not due to them). They were very reasonably priced too. The sales brochure for the house looked a little basic but it goes on rightmove anyway and let’s face it no one really looks at paper anymore!
