Excellent guidance and support, without any pressure
From start to finish Rosie and the rest of the staff at Austen & Blake were an excellent help. They were knowledgeable, supportive and flexible with all requests. I felt guided without feeling pressured or steered in a particular direction. The ring provided is beautiful, and I know that the team played a big part in helping me make the best choice possible. Despite this, I am hopeful that I'll never have to pick out another engagement ring with them (or anyone else) ever again :)

Amazing service! Highly recommend for engagement rings!
We went to look at engagement rings together at a few different jewellers but Austen & Blake was the best place to try on different styles and get advice. The service was welcoming and not pushy, which made the process enjoyable not daunting. Alyshia was very knowledgeable and helped us choose a beautiful ring we both love. I placed the order a few days later which was quick and easy to do, and the ring was ready to collect within 4 weeks. Alyshia was always there to help by phone or email with any questions I had. We will be back at Austen & Blake for our wedding rings!

Aneesah was fantastic!!
I went into Austin & Blake not having a clue where to start however Aneesah who served me on the day was fantastic.
She couldn't have done anything more to help, from looking at pictures with me for a long time to explaining all the features of the ring etc!

Michael was great, he provided me with loads of knowledge when I only had a general idea of what I was looking for.
He talked me out of getting a more expensive ring and convinced me to go slightly smaller with a better diamond which was 100% the better call when he showed me what I was considering vs the slightly smaller better diamond. This even came out considerably under budget.
There was no pressure sales environment at all however I decided to buy on the spot after going only to window shop. The finish of the ring when it came 3 weeks later was perfect, they even shaved down the prongs on the ring to make them thinner as I requested. I would recommend Austen and Blake and also Michael to anyone.
