Dear Karin,

Your order has been shipped and will be delivered to you shortly. Your tracking number is LE705716794SE.

Your package is being shipped from another continent on the other side of the planet. It may not arrive as quickly as you are used to, so please be patient and wait. It must travel thousands of miles before it reaches your address.

Order information may not appear in the tracking system until the shipment reaches your destination country, so sometimes you may see "Tracking details not found" or "Pre-shipment". Once your order is in the country, please use your local postal service's website for the best tracking updates (e.g. USPS Tracking). In addition, you can track all of your shipments at https://www.17track.net/en.

We'll email you an additional tracking notification when your tracking number is live.

🛬 GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE IT ARRIVED

None of our shipments require a signature upon delivery. Your package will be left where it's safe to do so. We will attempt to deliver your package to your mailbox. However, orders shipped to the USA via Emirates Post (RRxxxxxxxxxAE) may require a signature upon delivery.

Expect delivery in 10-18 business days for shipments sent via Emirates Post (RRxxxxxxxxxAE), Sweden Post (LExxxxxxxxxSE), Asendia (LKxxxxxxxxxFR), Belgium Post (LDxxxxxxxxxBE), and EMS Express from India (LPxxxxxxxxxIN or EMxxxxxxxxxIN)

⚡ WE ALWAYS USE THE FASTEST ROUTE POSSIBLE

We ship all orders using the fastest shipping method available at that time. We reserve the right to change your selected shipping method to ensure your package is delivered as quickly as possible and clears customs successfully.

🛃 CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

Customs clearance is a necessary process for all goods crossing a border between countries. It usually takes 2-3 days, but can sometimes take up to 2 weeks if there is a delay at customs, so you may experience a delay in receiving your items. While we strive to ensure that all packages clear customs (99.7% of our packages clear customs in 🇺🇸 the USA, 🇬🇧 the UK, 🇪🇺 the EU and 🇦🇺 Australia), individual countries have different criteria.

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or held in customs for more than two weeks, please let us know - we will reship your order at no additional charge or refund your money if you prefer.

📮 ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Unfortunately, we can't give you an exact ETA. The delivery time is not always stable and is also out of our control as it depends on delays at customs, cargo flights, and many other factors.

The total delivery time (usually 10-18 business days) depends on many factors because your package is coming from overseas, and your rough estimates are as follows:

⏳ International shipping time (usually 7-10 business days);
⌛ customs clearance time (typically 2-3 days but may take longer);
⏳ in-country transit time (2-5 business days depending on your local postal provider).

💯% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We want to make sure that you have a positive experience with us. Most of our shipments go smoothly, but if there's a problem with a product, our refund policy ensures that buyers are satisfied with the product they ordered, or their money back.

Best wishes,
Support Team
