Very poor customer serwis

Very poor customer serwis, no answer for my messages. I ordered trolley on May the 10th with express delivery, I get my parcel on the 29th.

Your order was placed on May 10th with express delivery, and while there was a brief delay, we kept you informed throughout — including via email, WhatsApp messages, and a follow-up phone call. 

In recognition of the delay, we also offered you an upgraded item at no additional cost which you turned down and opted to wait for the item originally ordered. The fulfilment time and shipping updates were clearly relayed to you by email, and the parcel was delivered on May 29th as confirmed by our records.

We’re disappointed that you’ve chosen to post a public review that doesn’t accurately reflect the full situation, despite our efforts to communicate and resolve things directly. That said, if there’s anything more we can do, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

SCAM

Shocking company! Ordered a new hairdressing trolley in April and it is now middle of May no sign of the trolley along with no refund as they have stopped replying to any of my emails. Scam of a company

We want to clarify that we are absolutely not a scam – we are a small, dedicated business that works hard to serve our customers. In your case, we’ve been unable to move forward with sending your trolley or issuing a refund because a chargeback was opened via your bank. This puts the matter into the hands of your payment provider, and unfortunately prevents us from processing anything further on our end until that case is resolved.

We have tried to reach you multiple times and have responded to your bank with the required documentation (which we are happy to share with you directly as well). We remain more than willing to resolve this for you – whether that means sending the trolley or arranging a refund – but we do need to speak with you to move forward.

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service. Delivery takes months longer than advertised and constantly they ignore messages. Ignore all the clearly fake reviews recently. Reporting to trading standards.

I own a barber shop in south east london

I own a barber shop in south east London and decided it was time to spruce up the establishment with some new furniture and lick of paint.

I contacted Aura Salon Furniture and spoke to Luke with what I thought might have been some unrealistic requests, but within a day I had all my barber chairs and wash units ordered at an incredible price compared to some of the other company’s. After ordering they was delivered in super fast time and set up in the shop making my dream a reality!!

My wife and I was talking about extending the back of the shop to accommodate her salon and beauty business and was passed over to Natalie who walked us both through the best options to gain the most capital out of a small space. We are now waiting on delivery of the massage tables and nail stations which we couldn’t be happier with!

Amazing company to talk with and such great help along the whole journey they seem to accommodate the small businesses like ourselves but would have no problem putting them forward to tackle the biggest of challenges AMAZING WORK GUYS!!!

Best customer experience

I have only just opened my Salon, and was worried about where to purchase my furniture from.

Spoke to Natalie who was nothing but helpful. Once the order had been placed she kept me updated on delivery as I’ve had issues with parking spaces outside my unit and didn’t want to miss the delivery.

The items are great quality- look better than the pictures.

End to end process - was a great customer experience ( I have already placed my next order!)

No communication. No dispatch

Update: I called again on Monday 28th April and got through to a guy called Luke who to my relief was finally dealing with the situation. He was on it and very apologetic about the lack of communication and delays with dispatch. He made sure to get the item shipped to me ASAP and kept me in the loop. Item received on Wednesday 30th April and I’m very happy with the product. Real shame in the beginning, worrying start but Luke reassured me and got the order sorted in the end.

Placed an order on 15th April and still haven’t had notification of dispatch. Tried sending a WhatsApp message, no reply just automated “we are really busy”, WhatsApp call, no answer although showed online multiple times, sent an email no reply. Yes the Easter weekend has been since then but there has still been 6 working days to get back to my emails/calls/texts let alone dispatch the item I purchased which was marked as in stock at the time. Useless.

Improved service recently

It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster this one but it has come good in the end. Firstly the product itself, it’s good quality and very fairly priced so no issue there. There was some minor damage on arrival but that is being sorted quickly and efficiently so again no issue there.

As you’ll see from some of the other recent reviews, delivery delays have been present and a lack of communication as to what is happening with orders has been an issue. I have to say though in recent days this has got significantly better so I think they have recognised the issues they’ve had and have made some positive changes. I was also sent a free trolley by means of apology and have had multiple proactive updates up to the delivery point in the last couple of weeks.

In summary, yes this order has been a bit painful from a comms perspective but it seems massive improvements have been made in this area and in light of this I would be prepared to use them again.

Feel very disappointed > To ok

I placed an order 24th March and have yet to receive either a satisfactory answer about where my order is, or a refund.

At the time of writing this I have had a brief one line response from Natalie (14th April) but no further forward and it's now 23rd of April.

I find it strange to be awarded points and a discount without having the therapist stool I have paid for.

I'm sorry this review is not a positive one but based on my experience I cannot recommend Aura Salon Furniture at this current time ☹️

UPDATE. I wrote this review and very quickly had a proper and full response from Aura. I feel sad that it was necessary to write this review in order to receive the response I would have wished for prior to writing.

I have never written a review on trustpilot before, so it shows the power of our words. I truly felt I was being scammed, and it's good to know that was not the case this time.

I have received a full refund and an apology on 27th April. For that I am grateful.

I appreciate you are a small business. I appreciate the refund. But I do not appreciate you stating that I wrote in haste or that you spoke to me direct. Only when you saw my review did you take the action required in answering me fully about your workload.

If you need to go back and read your original response you will see why I wrote about the lack of reply. Of you need the email trail I still have it and I am happy to send it to you if necessary.

Salon furniture

Firstly I ordered my salon furniture on the 17th March and it did state 3 day delivery as it was in stock ..... after numerous attempts of trying to contact aura through messages emails we eventually got a conclusion I for one after reading reviews thought I had been scammed but this wss not the case my new furniture arrived yesterday through pallet force ...with a lovley gesture of 2x salon trolleys I agree some training in customer care and updates is required I would use this company again

Everything went wrong as am writing…

Everything went wrong as am writing this review I still have not received my order.
I placed my order on the 21st January and we now in April still haven't received my goods. Communication was poor at one point after one month of placing my order the lack of updates from Aura I thought they company was a scam.
For now I still await to receive my order.

I ordered a salon basin and chair and…

I ordered a salon basin and chair and it never arrived! I constantly kept in contact asking where my order was and they always replied just fobbing me off they even rang me discussed with me over the phone that they have everything in stock there just waiting for my basin taps to arrive and they they could dispatch it out to me baring in mind this was on week 7!! In the end I had to contact my bank and they agreed to fully refund me as it's a scam!!! Please do not use this company!!!

AVOID!

AVOID!!

I ordered two backwashes on 20th March as the two we have in salon aren’t working. I ordered as it said in stock & 2-3 days dispatch. It has been 3 weeks, I haven’t had an update since paying & I have sent multiple WhatsApp’s & emails, also tried calling the number a few times and no response. Presuming I won’t be receiving the backwashes, not that I want them either after all of this. Scammers.
