The bag literally melted on me after one year of having it. I kept it in a dust bag, and did not expose it to extreme weather. I reached out to them but they never replied. I ended up with red dye all over myself. Do not waste your money.

I purchased a Nirvana snow bag which i was very happy with at first, and then i had a major issue with it.
I contacted AUPEN service via email and i must say how impressed I was with there prompt response, listening to what i had to say and refunding me in full within a week of contacting them.
Excellent service, very rare these days.

The Honest Truth. This is a Scam company. They don't allow return if you "simply change your mind". The Nirvana bag I ordered came reeking of headache-causing chemicals. Has to be faux suede leather. I had legitimate reason for return after airing the bag for days to no avail.....it still smells to high heaven. Noxious. They told me to arrange return TO SINGAPORE and they would refund when they received the bag back. Shipping TO SINGAPORE.....is hundred of dollars with FedEx....which is how they shipped to me. They did not even provide a label for a cost....which would be THEIR cost with an account with FedEx.!!! Hundreds of $$ to return to SINGAPORE!!!! That is 50% the price of the bag.!! This company is a complete scam selling cheap products that they expect will be returned.!!!

Over the moon with my Nirvana bag in “snow”. A bit smaller than I had imagined but excellent quality and stylish. Exceptionally well made - I’m fussy and couldn’t find anything at all I wasn’t happy with. I’d love one in every colour! So pleased I came across Aupen. Will look forward to more bags from their range.

These bags are all FINAL SALE. It's not stated on the product detail page, which is very misleading. It's industry practice to mention the return policy on the product page itself, especially if it's final sale. I didn't love mine they won't accept a return. So I paid close to $400 for a bag I don't even like. Never buying from them again.

Heard a lot of good things from their collection and I tried to give it a go. I bought the Nirvana handbag as a gift for my wife and she absolutely loves it. It is lightweight, comfortable and has a luxurious look.

Good quality bags and built to last for long periods of usage

I take my Nirvana aupen bag out for errands and I am very pleased how easy it is to use yet very secure with its zip closure. I hope aupen restocks it in green, it was a great pop of colour.

I have worn the NYX bag from AUPEN multiple times since I got it a while ago last year. It really is my favourite bag and I can’t really find anything like it.

I love my union bag from AUPEN. Brought it to many lunches and my friends love it. Unique design at an affordable price!
