Amazing experience at Audio T Cheltenham
I was in the market for a turntable, amp and speakers. Id done a little research online and visited a couple of ‘well known’ uk wide hifi shops. Their knowledge was undoubtedly 1st class and offered a ‘deal’ on a couple of systems I liked the look of. However I left those shops wondering how they sounded?!!!.
I then visited Audio T Cheltenham and wow what an experience. I dealt with Andy. I told him my budget and he went on to show and advise me on turntables amps and speakers. I chose Rega and asked him what the price would be. He paused and said but you haven’t heard it play yet? Andy Jon and Farid then took the system upstairs set it up and put a vinyl on. Absolutely blown away by the sound and the level of service. I cannot recommend the Cheltenham store enough. An amazing experience.

Friendly service and good advice
Friendly service and good advice. Bought a Dynavector 10x ii cartridge on advice from Audio T staff who all rated it highly. They were right. Great sound. Happy customer.

All the boys in Swansea store, knowledgable, friendly and really helpful.
Went above and beyond with their customer service I cant praise them enough.
I will certainly use them again and have been recommending them to anyone who will listen!

Really good personal service
Really good personal service, with good advice and when product faulty Wayne at rhe Southampton store went over and above to rectify the situation. Well done I'll be back when I need to upgrade .

Excellent Customer Service
Excellent customer service, they managed to find the CD player i wanted despite it being out of stock at the time. I'm also very happy with my purchase. All in all a pleasant, friendly experience.

Good advice
I received useful advice which resulted in spending less than I initially planned.
I bought a REL Tzero subwoofer which is compact, neat and does exactly what I need in my listening space.
Delivery was prompt and they called to say it had arrived. They even offered help to install it (which I declined) but many might find this service useful
