Sounds too good to be true but it is!
We were a bit unsure about using this company because it was so much cheaper than other offers, and there were no reviews. However I cannot fault them. The product arrived as expected with updates on delivery. The set up was easy and fun, and the instructions were clear. The option to send it back was easy, but you can also have it collected. We loved getting our digital recordings back, and when there was an issue with the delivery of the USB (Royal Mail, not audioguest) the customer service team were quick to respond and rectify the situation. The second one sent out was recorded delivery and updates were provided. We were so happy with what we got but even more impressive was the customer service! I hope this review helps them get more orders!
