Place to go for hard to find IEM's in the UK.
Phil is an absolute legend when it comes to customer service, anything from providing helpful information about products, to quick delivery and the selection is simply outstanding.
I was deciding between 2 IEM's in roughly the same price category, and Phil was very helpful in recommending me an earphone for my musical tastes by asking about my current gear and musical tastes. Very happy with my final purchase decision.
Audio concierge is simply the place to go for harder to find audio gear, or some higher end Chi-Fi.
Top notch service, would buy from again!

Above and beyond the call of duty!
In fact I was not a customer to Phil and Audioconcierge so far, but an unforeseen manufacturing defect in my Cayin N6ii (Special Audioconcierge engraved edition) sent me towards Cayin for support, who recommended me to work with Audioconcierge to have the problem serviced.
This is where the fantastic experience with both Cayin and Audioconcierge started. Phil Wannell took my defective N6ii into his care and ensured a quick transfer of my N6ii back to China where Cayin serviced my N6ii under warranty. Once that was sorted and the N6ii had made its way back to Phil, he ensured a lightning fast shipping of my Cayin back to me in the Netherlands. And all of that out of pure customer centricity. Phil and Cayin definitely have made me into a loyal customer .. With them at the helm of your musical enjoyment, you simply cannot go wrong!! Highly recommended!
