Lots of bugs
I like the idea of this app, but paying 30 dollars a book that I can't download (only in AN library) is really limiting. It also randomly skips to different chapters and you don't notice until the narrator reads the chapter number. Doesn't interface with with my car very well, I have to open spotify first and then switch while it's playing to AN to get it to play through my car. A great idea but still has a lot of bugs to work through.

Hi Dorris, we offer all titles in a series the publishers have. If there are parts of a series that are missing they have most likely not been published in digital audiobook format. Can you please email support with some examples so we can check into it.

Hi Pat, there is only one step to get to your library through our desktop website and apps. There is one additional set on our mobile website but that is due to space constraints. We do offer our Club Pricing through our Android app but not our Apple app. Apple will not let us offer our Club Pricing through our iOS app.

I emailed that a book was mislabeled and I never heard back. I wanted to listen to an entire series, but the second book in the series was not the same author or characters so I did not buy it. I have had little or no issues and I have listened to a lot of books through audiobooks.com.

Specials should change weekly
Specials should change weekly. Always same books and a,couple new ones added to same books that been there since I been in club. More ways to earn credits. I have bought so many books that were not good, I stop listening to, and yet nothing in place for guarantee satisfaction.
