Great service from Nasreen and Pamela at the Temple Fortune branch of Hidden Hearing, R Lea

Excellent service and attention to client detail from Pamela the receptionst at Finchley branch. Been having problems with one of my hearing aids and I walked into the branch. Despite having patients in the waiting area she looked at the hearing aid, spotted the point where it touches the ear was blocked and replaced the pins of both aids for me. She is always very helpful!

We popped in to the Finchley Central branch and a lovely lady Pamela at the front reception, took total control of giving mums hearing aids a service. She even spent time explaining how to do keep things in tip top condition at home. Highly recommend this branch.

I never usually write reviews but my experience with Khadisha Walters at the Finchley branch was so phenomenal I just have to leave a review. As soon as I stepped into the building she lit a smile on my face with her charisma and friendly energy. During the appointment (ear wax removal) she explained everything clearly and precisely to me and made me feel as comfortable as possible going into the procedure (also helped by her great sense of humour!) I could tell that she really does care about the work that she does, and it is fair to say that this has been one of the best appointments I've ever had. Feels great to be able to hear again too! Thank you Khadisha!

at Hidden Hearing, Finchley, London N3 2BU.
The practitioner was Khadisha Walters.

She clearly explained the procedure, carried it out briefly and completely painlessly. I'd recommend this procedure and practitioner to anyone who might be nervous undergoing it for the first time. It really is painless and has made a great improvement in my hearing, with or without wearing my hearing aids.

I needed wax removal and made an appointment. Khadisha at the Finchley branch was excellent. She was very professional and explained in detail at each stage.

Having had real problems with my mother's hearing aid plus the fact she continually misplaced items. Pamela from Finchley branch sorted out replacement items and arranged a telephone consultation with me present to resolve. Everything appears good. Thank-you for taking the time to resolve. I attended both a hearing test and micro suction for ear wax removal and found both sessions to be very professional and warm and empathetic. Equipment was very good and the explanations clear and helpful. Khadisha Walters and Danii Thayne were both excellent.

I went this morning to Hidden Hearing at Finchley Central for a 2nd time for ear wax removal. I had previously gone a fortnight ago and despite my use of Earol for 3 weeks Khadisha had been unable to remove the considerable build up of wax as it was still dry and hard. She advised me to continue to use Earol and then 4 days before my next appointment [ie today] to use Sodium Bicarbonate eardrops. I was impressed with Khadisha on my 1st visit for being very professional and clearly explaining the microsuction process. Naturally I was disappointed that it didn't work the 1st time and I was still apprehensive that it wouldn't work again but it did and she managed to get rid of all of it, quickly and painlessly. I was very relieved and quite elated that she had succeeded. Khadisha did a very good job.
