I have visited hidden hearing today and loved it so much. The lady called Karen at reception was so friendly and made us very comfortable. Then I was seen by Gabriela who did all the hearing test for me. Again she was very professional and explained the whole process before she did anything. Meg was brilliant. Explained the process clearly, including some of the potential downfalls ( none of which bothered me ). Took before and after pics which showed how clean they were once she had finished. Would definitely recommend!
