I suffer with Ménière’s disease and have had significant and unpredictable hearing loss for several years.
Having visited two years ago and Bernard not being able to help me due to my condition, things became so bad I thought I must try again…. Bernard welcomed me back and said let’s try again…. Within an hour I had hearing aids fitted and was on my way to a better life!! I can hear birds again, I can host meetings confidently and so much more!!
At NO point was a sale pushed on me, everything is tailored to you as the customer… I cannot recommend highly enough.. This has truly changed my life. Thank you Bernard and all at Hidden Hearing in Salisbury!!!

Prompt professional approach from enquiry through booking appointment to treatment. At 80 my first experience of the need to have wax removed from my ear. All well explained and the procedure followed by a hearing test which confirmed that in spite of my advanced age I still have good levels of hearing. Most reassuring.

I was a walk in and was dealt with in an efficient and friendly manner. I was seen straight away.
My only concern was the cost of the treatment which seemed high for the service and it would seem high for people on low income and elderly patients too.
