I was seen promptly for my appointment and the Audiologist explained the whole process clearly. I felt it was a very thorough assessment and at the end of it the results were explained and advice given.

I have just begun a trial of the new Reveal 1 hearing Aids. After years of never being able to hear conversations in noisy environments. I am very impressed with these aids. The AI in them now means I can hear conversations I’m involved with. The relief of taking my old aids out before bed due the volume they worked on, has gone. These new ones when I take them out for bed feel like the volume with them in my ears and after I take them feel the same. Most impressed at the moment. Time will tell but so far so good.

Very welcoming and attentive receptionist.
Very pleasant audiologist with clear explanations and excellent testing.
Overall good experience

Fabulous experience from the Preston clinic with Khalid and Sarah cannot recommend enough

Great customer awareness, friendly atmosphere. And very knowledgeable.

I was kept in touch by email appointment reminders.
Friendly and welcoming environment, a good cup of coffee :) and the appointment itself was on time and not rushed.

appointment for suction ear syringing. Khalid explained the procedure fully and explained the instruments he was using. expertly carried out, painless and quick removal of wax couldn't have asked for a better experience.
