I popped into Hidden Hearing Plymouth without any appointment to hopefully gain some advice re my loss of hearing in one ear overnight. I was welcomed into the shop and within 5 mins was being seen by Ben who gave me the appropriate tests there and then and a referral letter for my Doctor. Excellent service really pleasant team. They made me very welcome, and the lady who tested my hearing was very thorough and professional. She even tested my tinnitus condition too, and checked for ear wax. The test was very good, indeed.
