It was a very informative appointment that resulted in me placing an order for new hearing aids.

All the staff are friendly and professional but kind and they put me at ease, especially when I had wax removal. I was very nervous but the staff were great. 10/10

I had wax removed from both ears by suction. The procedure was explained to me very thoroughly. It was painless and the end result was excellent. I would like to thank Jessica (ear care practitioner) for being so understanding.

Appointment went well. Sam was friendly and explained test as being carried out and feed back on test was explained. 1 test however couldnot be concluded as only half of results were recorded on screen.

I recently had a free hearing test with Samantha Lidington at Audika Pudding Lane after noticing I was sometimes struggling to hear people in loud or busy environments.

Samantha was excellent throughout. She was very thorough with the tests and took the time to explain what she was doing and what to expect at every stage, which made the whole experience feel very relaxed and professional.

She then clearly talked me through the results and, thankfully, my hearing was found to be within the healthy range, which really put my mind at ease.

I was delighted when I was offered an emergency appointment as I had issues with hearing aids and my ears. The aids were sorted quickly and I had a cancellation to get the wax removed, so I left with both my ears and the aids sorted out within 18 hours of my panic call.

I attended audika hearing care in maidstone pudding lane. To have wax removed. I was recommended to have this done by Samantha lidington my hearing aid dispenser, who is always professional and thorough.
Jessica Finley the ear care practitioner who removed the wax was very friendly, and also very professional. She explained the process thoroughly.
It was genuinely a very good experience all round.
