My father-in-law (86 yrs) went for a consultation and hearing test at Hidden Hearing, Lytham St Annes and was really pleased with the service provided. The booking and consultation was simple and easy to follow and Elaine Norris explained everything so that he was able to understand it fully and was extremely sensitive to his needs. The tests were on site and didn’t take long to conduct, providing real time feedback and explanations of the results and next courses of action resulting in him now being able to even hear his wife muttering under her breath. Joking aside he now is able to hear everything clearly and is benefiting from this service, stating it has transformed his life for the better.

My husband has just had ear with removal. Diane Cole performed the procedure, Diane was very informative, professional and explained everything and showed before and after photographs. Very good service.

Adam Gill was the person that I was to see at Lytham. As always he was very pleasant and very helpful. He showed me how to change the plastic head on the end of the part that goes on the ear. So simple when you know how.
He also adjusted, added and gave advice to me about the unit.
Very impressed with his knowledge.
