I had an appointment at short notice, having been told by my doctor that they don't remove ear wax any more! The staff were really kind and friendly, and Wendy was excellent and explained everything thoroughly.

I also had micro-suction with Wendy, who was equally welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. I often have to wait months via the hospital when my ears become blocked, so it’s fantastic to have such a great local service I can pop into when needed.

I have had a particularly bad hearing problem due to my overuse of Earol (trying to clear some old wax ) and have made 3 visits to Wendy who has patiently and extremely carefully cleared all the wax from both ears without pain ! I am so grateful for her intervention and care and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone considering ear wax removal .A first class service-thank you Wendy
