I find having the microsuctioning is much preferable to having water pushed into the ear, especially as I once had one of my eardrums inflate. Unfortunately it is expensive, but I have to say the proceedure itself is painfree and fast. The lady that does the microsuctioning is lovely.

The anual service I receved from Kate Puvis was excelent. The best service ever.

Although the hearing aids are expensive, prohibitively so for some, the care and attention I experienced at Hidden Hearing Kingston were second to none. Tom Leech, the excellent HH operative, diligently demonstrated with expertise all features of the devices available, in addition taking an interest in my personal circumstances with empathy and understanding, tailoring my particular needs (high frequency hearing loss) to the device which I finally chose. Moreover, he advised a follow-up appointment the following week to check that all was well and to explain some of the terms used in the slightly confusing literature provided with the device. It is easy to see why HH is rated so highly in the reviews of its customers.

As always, the staff were very pleasant and very efficient. The Receptionist was charming and Tom
(Hearing Consultant) was extremely helpful, as usual. I would unhesitatingly recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone with a hearing problem.

Tom is very considerate: he speaks well, and clearly, and chooses his words carefully.

Also, you can tell from his approach and demeanour that he means well. This is not meant to sound trite, but it matters when you are thinking about spending a lot of money to make adjustments to your hearing.

Friendly, efficient and informative

Got an appointment in the clinic at very short notice, but was sorted by friendly Reception. Dee saw me, explained procedure fully and kept me aware of what was happening at all times. Very professional, very friendly, very helpful. No hesitation in recommending. Who knew ear cleaning could be such an enjoyable experience!
