I have bad ears with wax build up ,but been to the Inverness clinic about 3 times to get my ears cleaned and Tracy at the Inverness clinic is fantastic very patient very professional ,comfortable environment you feel so welcome from start to finish the team there are brilliant kevin on the desk is great welcoming so in overview fantastic service highly recommended

A client of Hidden Hearing for many years but first time today for a visit for ear wax removal. Tracy Stuart in Inverness was exceptionally good at describing the procedure and exactly what she was going to do and what to expect to feel. The results of the procedure were fantastic as I saw the photos of my ears on screen. I was advised also what action to take going forward .

My very experienced audiologist offered careful explanation, efficient but friendly, went through the tests systematically, showed and explained the results while stealthily promotingthe Rolls Royce of hearing aids which sadly come at a RR price.

I contacted Hidden Hearing as I wanted an ear wax removal procedure. It was very easy to book online and I received text message reminders. I was warmly greeted and the office/treatment room is very nice. Having not had this procedure before, Tracy put me at ease and explained the procedure and what to expect. She kept me informed throughout the procedure and managed to clear wax from both of my ears easily and quickly.
