Highly recommended as far as I'm concerned, I had a terrible experience at my local pharmacy with an ear syringe, I brought my stepfather here who is 82 and the care was exceptional the lady who done his ears , explained everything and it was done comfortably and professionally within minutes , with no discomfort whatsoever, if I ever have to get mine done again I most certainly will come here, staff in here is amazing and so friendly 😀

A Very helpful and thorough hearing assessment and also very interesting.

Very thorough hearing test. This was my first one. There’s a lot more to it than I thought! Everything was explained really well. Staff were very friendly and made you feel relaxed.

Very efficient, knowledgeable, excellent manner and competent at putting you at ease right away.

An extremely efficient, knowledgable and useful hour with a very pleasant staff

Always impressed by the knowledge of the consultant and his readiness to explain and advise on my hearing. The tests are conducted in a relaxed way and the results fully discussed. There is also that little bit of personal chat that helps to relax and shows interest.

A very professional, knowledgeable and kind gentleman attended to me.

Impressed with the thorough examination and explanations, including the photographs of the inner ear. Concerns put to rest. Receptionist also cheerful. Can't recommend more highly

All went well from receptionist to otolaryngologist was great, informative and very professional.

Dave - the hearing expert is willing to spend all the time we need to get my hearing aids dialed in for the perfect settings that I need.

My hearing is pretty bad so I splashed out on the top of the line Oticon hearing aids and I am SO glad I did.

The Oticon support keeps creating new tests that all benefit me. After all the testing Dave does, he the programs the hearing aids with very accurate, fine tuned for me, program.

He is one of the few medical professionals that I feel heard (that is actually funny) and not rushed.

Add the officer manager, Hilda who is like sunshine on a cloudy day, and I look forward to my visits.

My hearing is unbeliveable, and if you don't believe me, ask my wife. No more her saying what did you say?

The staff are very friendly and do a great hearing examination.

David explained everything very clearly and professionally. Made us both feel comfortable.

Although there were a number of cancellations to the original booked appointment, when it finally happened it was very professional and helpful.
