David is as always polite, efficient and friendly. My hearing test experience is always very pleasant and informative and I now can adjust the sound levels of each hearing aid on my phone for the first time....excellent!

Taken on Time, Shown the improvement on screen

Painless, doesn’t take long and if a second visit is required, no extra cost. Therese is experienced and confident with a good sense of humour. She is good at explaining each step before and during the procedure.

The man was very informative about my ear condition

Good service, substantial set of hearing tests conducted resulting in the need for hearing aids, good advice given.
More expensive than I’d thought and they have a life of around 5 years before replacement needed. I now need to make a decision.

Very professional. Explained. Each test very clearly.

Teresa was so kind and gave me a brilliant service, I felt at ease and appreciated her help and amazing follow up to make sure my ear infection had resolved itself. My gran who has her hearing aids from yourself is whom recommended yourselves and it definitely lived up to expectations. Thank you!

First class service

The ear wax removal was very efficiently done and the nurse made you feel at ease

They were very helpful and thorough in revealing my problem with my left ear

Friendly, professional staff. The nurse explained the process and the findings to me clearly and offered advice about next steps.

David was really good with me, explained everything to me. I had been having a bad time with my expensive hearing aids and David sorted it all out for me. I am now very happy with them. David also checked my ears and changed out my domes. Adjusted my hearing on the computer and went through my app with me so I could change sound etc plus to help with background noise. I really enjoyed my visit and came out very happy with my review. Thank you David
