I had a hearing test today and wanted to share how positive the experience was. Rosie who carried out the test was extremely professional, kind, and very thorough. She took the time to explain each part of the process clearly and made sure everything was checked properly, which really reassured me. She also had such good energy and a great sense of humour, which helped put me at ease and made the appointment feel relaxed and comfortable. I genuinely felt listened to and well cared for. Thank you for such a positive and reassuring experience

Very helpful and experienced staff, also made me felt most comfortable and confident about my hearing loss. I knew that my hearing was getting worse but not as bad as it was. Now with my new hearing aids it’s back to normal

I have lived with hearing loss for a number of years after serving in the military for 22 years. I went to the Bristol practice and met a lovely lady called Rosie who took me through a series of test and i am now going a head with my new hearing aid.

I choose the Zeal as it is state of the art and practicality invisible, can’t wait to pick it up next week.

Everthing was explained fully to me, it’s just a pity the aids on offer were way out of my price range
But I would recommend visiting if your hearing is diminishing

The appointment was handled in a very professional manner. The audiologist explained everything carefully so that I understood absolutely everything about the examination.

Upon entering greeted by the lovely Francesca . Kind considerate and welcome. The professional ear wax remover Abigail was thoughtful respectful and attentive to any questions. Truly professional. I would recommend this company for its experience professionally group of people. Still shocked at the amount of wax removed. Felt like the Grand Canyon of wax.

I had my hearing aids updated with extra programs , General, Music, Comfort,Loop-T and remote Mic . extras being Music, Loop-T. All my grateful thanks to Rosie Aylward the Dispenser, everything done in a very friendly way. I made a second visit on the 15th August to collect, and have installed on my hearing aids and phone, a new connect clip, old one beyond repair.

We were very impressed with the new premises but most impressed by Rosie who has a real passion for her job. This shines through her knowledge and personality and the way she addressed my husband’s hearing issues. Would seriously recommend Hidden Hearing and Rosie Aylward!
