Auction House Scotland did what they said they would do to assist me in selling my house at 14/16 Dovecot Park in Selkirk Scottish Borders, settlement date was on the 7th February 2025. What attracted me to Auction House was their services options. In 1 Estate Agency marketing service. 2 Auction Service. & 3 Cash Buy. I have recently completed a deal with Auction House through their Sourcery programme. I sourced a deal off market which didn’t work for my investors so passed the seller onto John who was able to find a buyer pre-auction. John, George and the rest of their team were brilliant to deal with throughout and I look forward to many more deals together in future.
