Excellent and trustworthy
I've purchased several products from CEX so far and was always a bit worried about the quality I would receive but to my surprise their product rating has been spot on and I've always been satisfied with the product condition received so far.
If I have one thing to point out, I'd say please list the photo of the actual product from all angles (including defects, marks etc) like people do on eBay so we can see the product we're buying before we buy it. That would give the buyer less anxiety knowing the condition of the product they are buying. Currently there is only a cex logo or generic image for the product.

Shipping dirty second hand product
Recently bought a secondhand xbox controller for a friends birthday. When it arrived it was covered in grime and residue. Very inconsiderate, lazy and unprofessional to ship a dirty product without even doing a once over with a wipe.
Unimpressed, having spent 65 dollars would have expected basic sanitation.

How does this even happen?
Ordered two original Nintendo 3DS’s, one red, one blue approx. $345 each). The red one didn’t even turn on and was not cleaned in the slightest with hair glued to the back. The blue one just didn’t come with a stylus and again, wasn’t cleaned. Got a refund and bought 2 New 3DS XL’s off EB Games for $398 each. Yeah sure they don’t offer 5 year warranty but at least they bloody test and clean the consoles.
Absolutely ridiculous company deserving of any criticism they get.

Need a proper qualy check and update the grade of the product CEX website
I used to buy things from CEX while I was in the UK. When I moved to Australia I was so happy to see that cex operate here as well .but it's very disappointing to see the same company but different standards. Here sometimes they don't even take the time to clean the things. Couple of years back I bought a Facebook portal and it was locked to someone else name when it arrived. Couldn't send it back as it hard to take it to the post office and all. Yea they give 5 year warranty and all here as well but please do check the things before you send.
And please do mention the standard of the things in the website so people will know what's arriving
