3 months since placing the order, its non delivery and my refund request, this business ignores my emails and refuses to refund me! If a business cannot afford to refund £60…. I doubt it is a business. I would stay away!

This company has zero Customer Service and I would’ve given it zero stars had that have been an option. No wonder they do not have a working telephone number.

After multiple attempts, my furniture arrived incorrect and damaged.
I stated I wanted a refund and we mutually agreed on a 2 1/2 week window in which they could come and collect the furniture. A week before the agreed deadline they stopped returning my emails and I’ve been unable to communicate with them since.
I have now had to raise a refund dispute with my bank. As well as sending them a final demand via email and recorded post to which they have responded to neither.
I am now left with bulky furniture in my home still wrapped in packaging. This is highly frustrating and distressing.

Correct size, style ,delivered on time. But not presented or finished well, badly spray painted , item,grooves, packaging full of sawdust, oak top poorly sanded. Customer services replied politely and quickly but my problem was not solved and they did not do what they said they would.

This week I received a large radiator cover. Speedy production (1 week) and fast delivery (another week) - just 2 weeks overall. The unit is absolutely beautiful - heavy☺️ The delivery man very helpful and friendly. Currently available discounts are second to none. I received my radiator cover and I absolutely love it, looks perfect in my living space, great delivery and customer service, the products are made bespoke to your liking. Really good times scale for delivery

We ordered a radiator cabinet on 1st Setember 2025. It arrived in October as expected. It was the wrong colour and they sent the wrong fixing brackets We emailed to advise them as no telephone numbers. They asked if we were prepared to keep it if they offered compensation of £60. We accepted that and they said they would process. We have been chasing them ever since but they do not respond. Absolutely shocking after sales service. Would not recommend to anyone, despite the cabinet being of good quality

Absolutely adorrrre my radiator covers!!!! I have a new build and they have just completed my home magnificently! They are built to perfection! Outstanding service and the delivery guy is very friendly! I ordered 3 more because i am so pleased with them! I thought delivery were quite fast as it does say 2-4 weeks on the website so i were prepared to wait & they are 1 billion percent worth the wait! Keep up the good work you guys!!!! x

As other have said before me - AVOID AT ALL COSTS - this is a scam. Liam was very helpful to cancel our order but he will not refund us.

Is this firm still trading? I paid for a radiator cover in November (Inv 2097) and after an exchange of emails about delays, I have been unable to get a response from them (email, WhatsApp, phone call). They have my money ... I have no radiator cover.

I wrote a review on 16th December and wanted to provide an update to this. We never received the unit and even when I managed to get emails through without them bouncing back, they were never replied to. I sent a letter by post - never replied to - and also tried to call on numerous occasions and the phone is NEVER answered. This is a SCAM website. As a new customer you will correspond with Liam and then lose your money. Especially, do not be fooled in to paying anything by BAC's!!!
They replied to my review online to say they tried to make contact, obviously they never tried to make contact.

I hoped to be writing a positive review but based on my experience I would recommend caution before ordering. I placed an order placed back in December and taking into account the holidays, should have been delivered mid Feb at the latest. They delay however is not the most concerning aspect because if it had been communicated in an honest and up front manner, I would have likely not taken further action. However, their customer service is painfully poor. I was twice told ‘it is due to leave the workshop this week’ to no avail and then complete silence and lack of response to subsequent enquiries over past few weeks and no phone number to be able to contact anybody on. Eventually gave up and with no response was forced to assume the worst, so reported to my bank who just refunded the money. Given their active social media presence, they appear to be a genuine producer, but the priority is obviously commercial customers and fit outs of premises. If they were honest about expected lead times from the outset - not a difficult thing to update on a website - at least people could make an educated choice to order or not, but the lack of transparency both at the outset and with follow up communications (when received) is extremely frustrating.

Avoid this company at all costs. It is a complete scam.
Fine the radiator covers were delivered but no one ever came to fit them. After constant chasing I received a response stating they would be in touch to arrange a fitting date...then nothing. After chasing again by email several weeks later weeks later I received a message stating they would offer a refund. I confirmed that is what I would accept....then no response whatsoever. There is no phone number just email for communication.
If anyone doubts my message above. Just ask and I will forward you the email string.

Very nice radiator covers, good build quality, appealing design. Liam customised them to fit the way I wanted. Delivered on time within a few weeks of ordering, very well packaged so there was no damage.

I bought a mirrored radiator guard & the quality is amazing! The customer service is 10/10, always messaged me back when ever I had any queries! I have been following this company for years now & I love how much liam has built it! He’s gone from just making radiator guards to bespoke furniture ect, I highly recommend this company for there customer service & there quality built items! I can’t wait to move so I can order more! Just to add I’ve had my radiator guard for over 3 years & it’s literally built to last!

What I ordered wasn’t to the exact. I did email them to let them know but I was ignored up until now I am still ignored. It’s extremely sad because even their customer service communication isn’t their best either. It really is a shame because I really was excited about ordering from them but once you’ve paid and they have taken that money the customer service ends there.

I really wanted to order more from them but after the first order I rather spend where it’s appreciated.

Ordered radiator cover back in September.
Asked for updates about the delivery many times.
They used to have a number you could call but have taken this off now.
They don’t reply to any other messaging such as email, WhatsApp.
Going to report them to trading standards so other customers don’t fall foul of them as they can’t continue to run a business like this.

Scammers! Take your money and then constantly say your order is delayed for MONTHS. When you finally give up waiting and ask for your money back they ignore all messages/calls/emails. They delete comments off instagram. Do not order with them.

I am really pleased with my Regency Grill Radiator Cover. It is really well made, excellent quality and has transformed my hallway. I cannot fault the quality and design.

The reason for my lower star rating is due to the confusion over delivery. I had ordered a 'clearance pre made product' which stated delivery would be 1 to 2 weeks. However once placing my order the order acknowledgement stated 3 to 4 weeks. Replies to my emails from customer services were hit and miss. To cut a long story short, I received my item after a 4 week wait, which was very frustrating. But, it was worth the wait as the product is lovely.

So, to sum up I can recommend the product but be prepared to wait.
