Great customer service at the Queensbury branch, Marco was so helpful, we had a tour around the units to see the best suitable option. He explained throughly the cost, terms and condition. We were offered refreshment and the facilities is clean. I booked a storage unit straight away.

I had very bad experience as customer service with Andre Campbell, we have unit from last 4 years, that person is very rude and racist, he passed statements many times, and big issue with him is is entering in unit without permission, and opening unit anytime, as i had experienced with him so many times, i raised complaint with samir also. So be careful.

Had a great experience with Andre and Marko who helped with the sign up and set up process as well as addresses all my questions about formalities and concerns. Very effective and attentive staff and patient management. Would recommend to any students looking for assistance with storage options
