Having got a very reasonable quote, within a few days my request for a tree removal was completed. The lads were friendly, polite and professional. They answered my questions regarding concerns I had.
When they were finished, they cleared up and left minimal residue. The office staff were also very polite and I would be very happy to have them back if the need arises. Would definitely recommend.

This Tree Survey was suggested by an architect in what is a project we have been thinking about for years, but put off by the complexity. Dominic was
very easy to deal with and arrived at the agreed time - we'd had to change that, but Dominic was very amenable to that. Well presented and helpful analysis of the site, including advice over the phone later. The report was totally comprehensive - no stone left unturned, as it were. This report helped make things a lot simpler

Don't know about your services but have just watched your maniac driver in try and cut up a woman in a car with kids and then watched them driving recklessly on the A3!! They are on the road bullies!! Shocking!

Advanced Tree Services are a professional operation and have provided an excellent service to the National Tennis Centre from initial survey to carrying out tree works, they have recently completed our annual PPM for Oakmoth prevention and given our 250 year old London Plain tree a trim, she now looks amazing! I am extremely pleased with the work carried out. The guys are prompt, polite and very tidy. The office are very efficient. I have used them several times in the past and I will definitely use them again.

Arborist came earlier to assess the work needed. the team did an excellent job of cutting down a 90 year old copper beech which included getting approval for the work. They also ground out a few stumps and replanted a couple of shrubs. They went out of their way to create a fence out of the stumps. Left everything very tidy and did minimal damage to surrounding shrubs.

I have now used them 4 times and everything has gone well each time. For this job, they arrived early, did a very good job and then cleaned up thoroughly. Archie was excellent.

I emailed the company to arrange for a quote and they didnt reply. I phoned up and then booked an appointment. All looking good.

They then replied to my original email and offered another time slot and I had to explain we already had a booking.

Didnt turn up at the agreed time. So I phoned to enquire if they were coming and they offered a later time. Fine. They then phoned later to say it would be even later as they were an hour away-which I couldnt do.

The staff arrived on time and were courteous throughout. They did an excellent job of trimming my tall leylandii, which now look much better, and cleared and took away all the trimmings. Very easy to work with - they consulted me about how far I wanted trimmed and respected my neighbours' properties.
I have used ATS for many years. The surveyor always comes beforehand and gives me a reasonable written quote. Last year he advised me to wait until this year to have the trees trimmed because last summer was too dry - excellent service, looking out for the welfare of the trees, not just profit.
Altogether a good experience.

Staff arrived when they said they would and did a very thorough job of removing the moths nests and reducung the size of my tree. They were polite and hard working. They cleared awy all the foliage and left my front drive tidy.

These people know their stuff, very knowledgeable, extremely professional and reasonably priced. They came recommended to me and did a very good job on my trees. I would happily recommend them to others.

Staff are punctual, polite, did backs of bushes as well as fronts (unlike some I could mention) and cleared up everything. I discovered ATS doing my council trees and haven't looked back. I'd learned not to trust guys who leave cards and quote on the spot. Your staff know their stuff, do a preliminary visit - and give written estimate. Useful advice on my elderly apple tree, not dead yet. Like me. I also use for my tall shrubs since I am a small lady, 77 years old. And have given up on ladders and crashing into the branches. No wonder you must book winter pruning several months in advance ! 😐

Dominic was informative and professional. We needed a tree report for our new extension and we were pushed for time by our local planning department. ATS kindly put our job forward to reach the deadline.
