Atrad site is still down. No news for the last two weeks. The people behind Atrad probably took off. There is a big influential group in the Netherlands affected. If all the affected people worldwide unite we can recover the money and get the people of Atrad behind bars where they belong. In the end BTC is anonymous, but it's far from private.

Only joined in August. They have credited the 20% for August to my account - However I have not received my withdrawal. No communication, which suggests SCAM. Website is also down, huge red flags. DO NOT INVEST and report/review if you have exp this as others need to be warned!

It seems they jumped to scam category. No withdrawal execution, no response to emails. Just nothing. This will definitely create the bad picture about them...

Few hours later back online.

I invested a lot of money with this company however this month I have not received my withdrawal. It is my first withdrawal and I've got nothing. It should have been paid on the 31st August however it is now 4th Sept. I have emailed them multiple times and they have not responded. I have asked all my investors to not invest anymore money. In the last three months June 2021 to August 2021 they have offered to double your earning for new investment and then offered between 15th August 2021 to 31st August 2021 to garantee a minimum of 12% return. It seems like they are using this money to pay old investors, and are currently desperate for the cash. On the surface it seemed like a legit business, with the CEO named Nicolas Leroy who is based in France. He claims on his LinkedIn profile that he has worked at BNP Baribas Asset Management, Natixis and Société General. His Co-founder is Vincent D who appears to be based in the UK. He claims to have worked at Retures, Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank. Other employees include Corinne L (France), Delphine Decottigines (France), Adelaide Pattee (Mauritius), Deborah Lavalley (France).
The company initially said it was regulated in Mauritus, however the Mauritus authorities have stated it is not regulated by them and is a scam (Try Googling atrad.io + financial service commission + Mauritius). I received an email from them last month stating they are moving thier head office from Mauritus to the British Virgin Islands, because of the regulatory burdens in Mauritus, however they are not regulated in Maurituis! They also claim to be an entity of Victoria Capital Investment, however they have issued a letter on their website stating atrad.io is not and they are taking legal action against atad.io. Avoid this company at all costs.

I started to figure out something was wrong when they offered "double your interest". Looked like a scam to get more people on board before they eventually ran off with everyone's money.
Withdrawal for August has not been processed and no emails or support tickets are being replied to either. Another scam bites the dust!

WARNING!!! PLEASE DO NOT INVEST WITH THIS COMPANY!

I have had my reservations about this company from day one, but I decided to give it a try because their platform looked plausible and legit. After investing 1k test desposit. I started getting messages trying to convince me to invest more. They seem to be focusing on getting you to contribute more and more funds, but when you go to withdraw your funds, they do not respond or process the request. If something changes I will update this post. If they do not process the withdraw, then they are just defrauding investors.

Already 4 months ago that I initiated my first withdrawal… Still don’t have my investment back… And still they are asking people to invest extra money?
Something is really wrong with ATRAD..

to Atrad, why has the end of august withdrawal not been executed? I also receive no response. Could you please explain?

I had been using this company for a while and I was trusting it until now. I do still believe it has potential but at least need some response on why the withdrawal wasn't executed at the end of the month as it should. Please, I am sure I am not the only one suffering from this problem and I really need a reply from Atrad.io about what has happened. Thanks! (So far is two months in a row with no Withdrawals but no reason in the second month has been given.
UPDATED--
Already September 7 and no answer or replies in trustpilot, I am getting ready to file a complaint and sue the company if they don't do anything till september 8. I will need help of everyone affected to also start making a complaint because if they aren't gonna respond then I will have to take actions for my money. (Complaint is already being filled up in consumer.ftc.gov and will be sent shortly if I still see no response in their behalf)

Requested withdrawal on August 28. Last day of August past no withdrawal. No explanation. Opened a ticket on September 1, it's now over 24 hours no response.

The last day of August has now passed, and withdrawals are still pending. When are we going to receive our money.
If it is not possible to make withdrawals I do not see the point of continuing to invest in this company.

What Brian says. You will not get your money out.
Try for yourself if you're a customer.

And if you complain your account gets blocked with the beautiful warning:
"Sorry Your Account is Block Now.! "

I think it is a scam and the approaching end of this Atrad company. They have given a great promotion, that they will double your first deposit in this month, but they have a problem with withdrawals. Why now, why not few months ago??? They claim to the KYC (regulator of Mauritius) that they have blocked all of the investors accounts. Hmmm, veeery very strange. Atrad, why don't you provide evidence (for example on your home page of by email) of where the problem really is? Actually, there's no problem, are you just starting to pack and finish your ponzi scheme?

(Atrad has since written a nice detailed summary in response to my query demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. I must say that this Company has continued to exceed the expectations of its investors. So its 5 stars for me!)

My temporary low rating was intended to draw attention to this important message. I will adjust my rating accordingly as soon as Atrad.io responds.

I am a very happy Atrad.io investor receiving steady and impressive returns.
I am happy with the referral scheme having referred 9 investors and aiming at over 100 by year-end.

So naturally, I love this Company and I am dedicated to increasing its reach and success.
Therefore following consultation with my Atrad.io godchildren and other potential investors, we have highlighted some issues which we strongly believe that if addressed should generate massive investor confidence with a resultant boost in atrad.io growth.

1. Atrad.io needs a dedicated call-line for high-stake or committed customers (or better still, for all investors if you could cope with this). This should give a warmer human touch to the company's interface with its investors.
2. We also noted that the faces and credentials of the CEO and top-level staff are not displayed on Atrad.io website. This is a rather peculiar practice that generates some degree of anxiety.
3. Investors need updates regarding developments that have the potential to put investments at risk. This should minimize panic were those contingencies to happen.
Here I refer to your dispute with the Mauritian regulator which led Atrad.io to document the "possibility of changing jurisdiction in the near future". Who is the regulator and who is their middleman?
Investors need clarity and updates so we can truly feel like a part of this family, understand what challenges lie ahead, and weigh up any imminent risk-benefit implications.
On this note, investors would love to know whether Atrad.io is licensed and regulated by the FSC. If not, why not.
4. We were glad to read your discussion about the potential risks to our investment in the FAQ. However, we note that you only explained how Atrad mitigates risks within the arbitrage process. Investors are very keen to be clearly apprised of other aspects of your risk management. For example, does Atrad.io have professional insurance covering legal liability and financial losses from negligence, breach of duty and libel/slander, loss of documents, dishonesty, fraud e.t.c.?
Could the details of these policies be made available to your investors on request?
If not, why not?
5. Any documented evidence of Atrad's shortlisting by "The Silicon Review" would serve as a great advertising tool on Atrad.io website.

I believe that a thoughtful response to this query will go a long way to boosting growth and investment in Atrad.io. My desire is that I can accomplish my target of bringing hundreds of investors to Atrad.io with confidence.
I have emailed this message to Atrad.io as well, should there be aspects of your response that are best communicated privately to me as an investor.
