Moving from London to north wales.The team i had was amazing, they arrived very early in the morning at the flat, they quickly got to work packing and got it done in 2 hours. When we arrived at my new place in wales they work so hard and made sure that everything was done and clean for me. Will definitely recommend this company to anyone

Honestly I’m so happy with my move. I moved yesterday from Cambridge to Harlow and I had a two day service.
The first day, a team came out and thoroughly packed all my items. They took special care with all my antique items and wrapped them in blankets, bubble wrap etc. That same day they also did the dismantling for all the larger furniture. I wanted to help them out but they insisted to do the job themselves so I had a really relaxed day which is great for me because my leg is injured.
The next day (yesterday) we did the drive from Cambridge to Harlow and when we arrived at my new house, they put all my items in the allocated rooms which made it really easy for me to unpack. They reassembled all my bigger pieces of furniture really well as well. The price was also really good! Great experience, thank you A&T!

Moving house and was very articulate about how much stuff I had on the phone. They quoted me a good price. I asked on the phone if there's alot more then what will happen? The lady said it'll be fine don't worry, they'll move it. I also asked for 4 men as a single mum I didn't want to be exhausted as it was a house exchange so time was limited also. They turned up on the day with only 3 men which I wasn't happy about, then came in an said "there's alot more stuff than quoted, we need another £300 ". As it was house exchange I had to go and get cash out. (bet it was back hander) and then as there was only 3 of them they were knackered and actually rolled furniture and damaged several items such as my son's vintage brereau. Its scratched all on top. One of the guys spoke no English .(claimed to be french, but we're deffo Nigerian) and put alot of the boxes for the bedrooms in the lounge and the lounge in the bedroom. Needed that like a hole in the head also. Utterly awful experience.

From start to finish, the service was excellent. I needed a removal company quickly, and A& T Logistics came through. Super nice, lady on the phone, and very accommodating. I had to reschedule my date three times, but they were always available! Professional service at its finest. These folks come highly recommended.

I would definitely use then again in the future. Came on time worked really hard took great care of my belongings and even dismantled and put back together larger furniture.

DO NOT USE!! UNPROFESSIONAL & UNINSURED!! Having at row at 7am outside my front door with neighbours hearing. Broken & damaged furniture not reimbursed. Sent 2 small vans and 3 men for a 3 bed house and was with me till 1am as they couldn’t re assemble the two wardrobes they took part. Put a tub on paint on the very top of everything in my shed and it fell covering everything. So much damage and stress. Have moved many times before and never had and experience like this. Only give you half the amount of boxes that other companies quote, no paper and have to argue for a roll of bubble wrap and tape. Also make you pay the whole balance before they unload your possessions!!

I would highly recommend A&T Logistics. The French Team assigned to my house move were absolutely amazing! They arrived on time early in the morning with 2 vans. They listened carefully to my needs and were quick, considerate and hard working. A very professional team who went above & beyond to ensure my move was carried out efficiently.

Extremely rude and aggressive. Shouted abuse at my wife and forced their way past in a lorry whilst she was making a 3 point turn. Witnessed by 6 of our neighbours. What a great way for your customers to meet their new neighbours for the first time.
