Extremely disappointing experience and a complete waste of time and money!

After waiting three weeks and sending numerous emails about a ‘missed ‘ scheduled collection I had to pay the repair upfront £349 . Their driver claimed 4 attempts were made, but no one ever tried to contact us. I was personally outside the office at 9:38 AM, and three other people had been inside since 8:00 AM, so it would have been impossible to miss when they said they were there !

It is extremely frustrating to be asked upfront payment for a repair as a condition to even collect the item then wait this long only to have the collection marked as “attempted” when no actual attempt was made.

I hope the company resolves this and arranges a proper collection, ideally through DHL or another reliable courier service.

Bought a refurbished Ryobi pressure washer, I actually found this company on Trustpilot which led me to buy from them in the first place, price was good & delivery too, absolutely brilliant, all I need now is a day without rain to clean the decking! Thank you
Update, very happy with it, started cleaning the decking & patio slabs & it’s a brilliant machine

Top-notch experience with Atlas Refurb & Repair LTD. I picked up some Milwaukee power tools at a very reasonable price—much better than what I found elsewhere. The delivery was surprisingly fast, and the service was reliable from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Absolutely spot on

Excellent service fast delivery good price

Great customer service

Great service

There was a glitch with ordering from the website but the team were very proactive and dealt with the issue promptly and efficiently.
Will definitely deal with Atlas again

I've been using De Walt for a few years now - reasonably happy and mostly did the job. Then I was referred to the Milwaukee stuff and it was just next level. Whilst checking prices out online, I stumbled across Atlas Refurb and read the reviews. I'm not a big "refurbished" fan myself, but this time I took a punt as the kit was £100 cheaper than anywhere else, and included postage. I ordered and 2 days later it all arrived. I've tested it all out. What can I say? Awesome kit and truly awesome service from Atlas Refurb. Its about as brand new as brand new can be, full instructions, warranty and.......well, what a great company to do business with. Forget any concerns you might have about "refurbished" and just buy from Atlas. I'm going back for more!! Thank you so much

Easy to order, clear descriptions, timely delivery. Box had been opened but goods appeared brand new. Very impressed with discount over new goods.

So far so good, great product at a great price!

Just found this company so my first item purchased. Great selection of Ryobi tools to select from. Website is easy to navigate. Purchased a Ryobi high pressure inflator for approximately 60% of full price. Super speedy delivery as well. No reasons to contact customer service at all. To me it was in perfect condition with everything in box. Worked as it should. Will 100% be buying from them again. A pleasure doing business. Nigel. 😀.

Very helpful staff and sorted out what I wanted. Highly recommend this company

I have bought many things without any doubt. Their customer service is excellent and delivery is also very good.Thank you.

First time using company
Excellent service quick delivery great communication.
Product exactly as described and a great price. Will be using again highly recommended

Great prices for almost brand new power tools. Recieved my Ryobi 18 gauge brad nailer the next day after ordering, I am very happy with the quality of it and wouldnt be able to tell the difference between it and a brand new one straight out of the factory. Also came with a charger and 4.0ah battery which would easily have added another £100 to the price when purchasing anywhere else. Only minor downside was the damaged boxes they came in but this is clearly stated on the website that some of their products will be packaged like this and this correlates to the lower prices. Overall I am very happy with Atlas refurb and would recommend them to anyone looking to get a Milwaukee or Ryobi power tool at a lower price.

Selling refurbished tools and accessories for a deeply discounted price is a great idea and Atlas R&R do it well.

Great service and quick delivery in very good condition will be returning

Great Price big saving over new fro a 3/4inxh Milwaukee 18v impact gun , Grade A ‘refurbished’ but literally looked brand new, likely a return and free next day delivery. Excellent communication throughout, I’d recommend based on my experience!

Accurate description, like new product, fast shipping and great price
